Either the captions for the dub of Bleach on Hulu are (as Aggro said) auto-transcribed, or more likely, the guy at either Hulu or Viz in charge of writing the captions heard several of the Zanpakuto names pronounced, went "huh?", and after trying to figure out how to spell those names, just said "screw it" and put in (INAUDIBLE).
