Congratulations! would be the advanced setting but I would just go straight out of your ur44 into the c50A. No need to eq that speaker. I also see you have 2 headphones outs so you can even use one for your c50

Hi Guido,
Finally I bought one SB-1000 Pro subwoofer and the MiniDSP.
Audio interface: Steinberg UR44
Speakers:
2x Behringer Truth B2031A
1x Behritone C50A (usually don't use it but could be a good idea have it on the other MiniDSP output if it's possible?)
I saw that there is a free MiniDSP plugin. Should I choose the 2x4 Advanced for this setup?
