Season 4 is great. And we'll see what Dutch's motivations are dating Vic's wife. The Assesst Seizure stuff is a issue because you have to hire a lawyer to try and get your possessions back even if you're found not guilty or even if they don't prosecute you. Look into the FBI raiding a private safety deposit company that people stored vaulables at. Jewlery, money, documents. Now, some criminals used it, too, so the FBI raided the place, opened every safety deposit box, didn't bother to inventory them individually and make sure they were only seizing the criminals assests, and pooled everthing into one seizure. People have been figthing for years to get their stuff back. It woudl be one thing if your stuff was claimed at conviction or returned if you're found not guilty immediately or if no charges are pressed, but that's just not how it works.
