I love Josie. It would have been cool if she joined the team, but Parker did help her find a home, a job, and a family. Seriously - every time I see this episode, I always think "Get yourself someone in your life who looks at you the way Paul looks at Josie". Aside from that, a good bit to remember is Parker drives FAST ('who knew a sedan could hit 140?' from previous episode). The car bickering scene is hilarious & "Get out of the way, you old bat!" was on a computer screen in the previous episode. It's not the same car (different license plates), but both cars are black. So a fave headcanon of mine is that Josie was driving the car that hit Eliot & she did to purposefully get him into the water b/c otherwise, he definitely would be dead. The hit definitely hurt him though, which is excellently portrayed through the final scene. Everybody has food & is eating EXCEPT Eliot. All he has is a bottle of beer. The EMP gun will come in handy later. Also, I see it as another good example of how the Damien Moreau blackmail situation is stressing them out. Last episode, Sophie knew their cover was blown simply from Whitman (rich IRS guy) saying "I see" with his back to her. She misses the tell of their cover being blown this episode with Duke Penzer saying "I've got something here I'll need you to handle" while he's staring right at her. And of course, it's a great Parker episode for character development.
