They were not only REALISTIC about the military, which you pointed out is very rare in television because ppl like to use them for drama, but the crew of the show worked VERY closely and had a fantastic relationship with the USA Air Force as a result. Richard Dean Anderson also accepted an award by the Air Force, on behalf of the show's entire crew, for their positive portrail of the organization. :) It does really add to the show and even me, a damn Canadian, loves that they did that. It really gave the show a certain authenticity that really comes through (one of the best things about the show IMO while also being fictional and outlandish).

2023-12-20 13:49:28 +0000 UTCI would avoid doing special features on the blu ray until you finish the series. They can spoil things. I know that means a long time to wait, but if you wish to maintain spolier free watching, it's necessary.
