I was close on the top 7 guesses.. sad to see the 5 leave

- this is when it starts being hard having members also competing.. you have the anxiety and worry for yourself and your teammates. Then the tough situations of one making it and one not is rought sometimes. I will say that so far it seems like there hasnt been many downsides to having teammates
- Im excited to see what all these groups do after this... sometimes things like this can be turning points for artists. from now on, ill always give H1Key and Rocket Punch a solid listen when they come out when something new, knowing some of the members always helps having a new song stick
- it seems like there are a few artists that dont need a lot of screen time Yeoreum, Yeeun, Kei, Jihan.. They have all stood out by reputation or performances
- i agree Yuki is for sure coming out of her shell and showing her nerdyness, its fun to see. IIt sometimes seems like she is there trying to hang out and making friends and forgets that she is also there to compete
- i think its cool when fandoms support each other... maybe its because im a lil bit older than most kpop fans (i assume) i see no reason to be competitive towards each other or new fans
- i understand why the ppl that got elimited got chosen, i even understand that it makes the chances of making a great group higher by giving room for others to shine type thing. all in all, i hope JooE finds something for herself, she deserves it and is very entertaining in the right light. and most of the contestants have groups to go back to, so for all this isnt the final straw
- after this episode i dont think my 7 has changed much, i would still go with
: Yeonhee, Nana, Kei, Suyun, Jihan, Yeoreum and (Yuki or Juri)
- lol thanks for the heads up about EP 8, ill keep that in mind... if anything ill use it as a time to see if i can catch anything i missed or just share thoughts
- for IDGA i think the obvious thing would just move someone from the I DO team.. and i think Jihan would be able to a good job at it

- Yeah, it was a commercial break. There will usually be two commercial breaks toward the end of an episode.
- I'm sure Hwiseo was worried about Riina leaving.
- It was at the very end of the episode and only up for a moment.
- She is also likely waiting for the voice in her ear to tell her to make the announcement.
- Hwiseo certainly had the underdog story, coming from a small group and just killing it every time.
- Yeah, H1-Key. I can't wait for their comeback.
- She doesn't get a lot of screentime, but Yeoreum really doesn't need it compared to some of the others.
- Yeah, Jiahn is from Weeekly.
- I remember there were quite a few complaints from fans about Van Para since it was a departure from their normal sound. Though it was the first song I checked out and really enjoyed it.
- What live episode of a competition show doesn't have awkward moments?
- So as soon as "rap part" gets mentioned, you can see Yuki start to congratulate Yeeun, but then Soeun is like "No girl, it could be you".
- Yuki being in the top 7 was the biggest surprise of the night. I love both her reaction and Bora's reaction. Yuki's little pose with one arm up and one arm down is actually a reference to a meme where someone did that pose on Masked Singer when it was revealed who one of the singers were. WJSN also likes to reference that meme.
- So there is a bit of a story on how Yuki likely ended up in the Top 7 here. As you know, Yuki worked with Yeoreum and Yeeun in Snap (and then again in the Puzzle team on Rush Hour). Fans noticed that the three of them got along (remember Yeoreum and Yeeun being happy to work together on Don't Call Me, but sad that Yuki would be alone) along with them generally sitting together (which they did again here). So the three fandoms on Twitter came to an agreement to vote in a block. Since there, the three of them would bring up one another when talking with fans. Their trio became known as Triple Y or the Y-Line.
- Extremely talented, but also very much an introvert so it took a bit for her to start to show her goofy side on the show. You can certainly see it a bit more on Purple Kiss's reality shows.
- The show hasn't really given Yeeun a chance to shine so far, just because there haven't been many times to showcase her style of rap.
- I would assume contacts.
- After doing the worst in the up/down battle, it is not surprising that Seoyeon didn't get the votes to stay. Given that she has a new song out now, probably for the best she didn't continue and could instead focus her energy over the past 3 weeks on preparing.
- Then right after getting eliminated, she has to sit down again next to the members waiting to find out.
- Chaerin got almost no screentime so hard for her to capture the votes. Same goes for JooE.
- I think what JooE really needs is to find from variety show that can bring her on a permanent member. Her personality is really made for those shows.
- Given that she is covering her face, probably not. Likely just a regular audience member.
- That would describe Momoland perfectly. Two big hits and then nothing.
- I don't know what her future is, since I don't think she has what it takes to be a soloist.
- Fye and Dohwa were also the ones I was thinking would make it when I was watching this.
- I feel really bad because I stopped voting for Sangah a week or two before this episode. She ended up getting 22nd IIRC.
- Soeun is from Weeekly. She was just starting to grow on me from rewatching performances and then she got eliminated.
- Weeekly announced yesterday they are aiming for an October comeback. Still no word from Cube about Lightsum other than vague promises made before Queendom Puzzle that they were working on a comeback.
- Also, that sad piano version of Rise Up they play for the eliminations and other sad moments on the show...
- Since it is a live episode, they need to give them so the remaining members can move on working on what is next.
- Yeah, this will certainly help out some who didn't showcase themselves early on but started to shine later in the show.
- They have already announced a debut in September, two tour dates in October, and MAMA appearance.
- I can tell you now that my votes at this point were going toward Yuki, Yeoreum, Yeeun, Elly, Hwiseo, Riina, and Dohwa.
- So episode 8. The best thing I can say is that it is a good thing it is a short episode. I know you are going to watch it anyway, but I can say if you skip it you don't miss out on anything. The first half has at least some value, but the second half...
- So my question for you this time. Who do you think will move to fill the 7th spot in I DGA?
- For reference here are who are currently in each of the songs
- Puzzlin' (7 members): Seeojin, Miru, Kei, Suyun, Jiwon, Riina, Wooyeon
- I DGA (6 members): Yeeun, Yuki, Yeoreum, Dohwa, Fye, Hwiseo
- I Do (8 members): Nana, Jihan, Bora, Elly, Juri, Jiwoo, Zoa, Yeonhee
