I told you that this is a great episode. I knew you'd like it! :D Like you said, there were sooo many great quotes in this episode. It feels like 90% of what Elijah and Klaus are saying would make a great bumper sticker or one of those sign-thingies you hang up in your house =P The one you chose for this episode "So you're having weird retro sex dreams. Get over it." always cracks me up. Especially as it is Elijah she says it to. He is always so well put-together and proper. An interesting behind the scenes tad-bit of information: The scene where Klaus is surrounded by his enemies and delivers this wonderfully dramatic monologue (and the fight) was one of Joseph's two absolute favorite scenes to shoot. The other scene is from the final of season 3 (which is my persoal favorite Episode of the whole TVDU). Joseph says that he absolutely loves these theatrical scenes- and you can tell! He is just sooooo good. He just commands the room. Haha your analogy with the wounded animal fits Klaus perfectly. Even though he wants (or rather needs) help he lashes out. It's like it's his instinct to lash out and drive everyone away. It's really sad, he longs so much for all the things Marcel has: love, loyalty, and respect. And he could have those thingsβ€”Elijah and Rebekah would give him all of those things, but because of his paranoia, jealousy and fear of abandonment he drives them further and further away. It's kind of a self-fulfilling prophecy at this point. He is terrified of getting abandoned by those he loves, so he tries to control them, he kills everyone who gets close to them, and by doing so he manages to achieve axactly that what he tried to prevent- they start to hate him and wanna get rid of him (at least Rebekah. Poor, noble Elijah is driven by only one purpose- his brother's redemption. Because he feels like he failed him in the past). 6 more episodes of the TVDU this month???!!! Did you really say that or did I day-dream this part, lol :D That would be absolutely wonderful!!!!! There is soooo much goodness yet to come in TO. Can't wait for you to get to eps 14,15&16 of this season. Those are my favourite episodes of the season!

Always and Forever! This show and universe are amazing! I love Cami, I'm glad she's growing on you, she's so smart - too smart. This was such a great episode, Rebekah - sometimes I forget she's a 1000 year old teenager until she pulls stunts like she did in this episode lol. Tyler - he's lucky Klaus didn't find out that he's the reason (unless he found out offscreen) that they decided to try and put him down. It still bothers me how they all just went along with what Tyler said, when it's pretty clear that Klaus had no idea that the baby could sire hybrids, and when it was pretty clear that the hybrids wouldn't even be sired to Klaus but to the baby/Hayley. Anyways...such a great episode and I'm so excited that we're getting so many episodes this month!
