I loved season 5.....

2023-07-07 01:30:25 +0000 UTCI love this show. Yeah it gets messy at times and no it wasn't as prepared and fully thought out as something like B5. But like a lot of shows in the US, it was mostly under threat on cancellation. So it's often hard to run a full flowing arch in those conditions. Personally I think they did a stand up job and the final season is among of my favourites of any show. In my experience this show gets better on rewatches when the interconnected aspects take on a different viewing experience for me. Certainly they use and create situations that perhaps they hadn't intended from day one, but I think on a rudimentary level, they do a credible job in tieing together aspects across seasons like they meant it all along. Of course a main reason for our enjoyment is all John Noble's performances.
