Hart of Dixie 2X12: Islands in the Stream

So George's parents are in town. And when they show up at his boathouse and find a half naked Tansy, mom is not over thrilled. She's busy throwing barbs at them and making snide comments about how George should be with Zoe.
And, this only increases when they run into Zoe and Wade at the movies. (Zoe and George basically drag Tansy and Wade to see some foreign film). Afterwards, Zoe and George are busy discussing how amazing it was, Tansy and Wade claim they couldn't even stay awake, and George's mom is, again, pointing out how much of a better match Zoe is for George.
The two couples reluctantly decide to double date the following night. But, both Wade and Tansy want to back out, leaving Zoe and George to do some horrible lying to get them out of it. The four of them then coincidentally all end up at the same restaurant outside of town so as not to run into each other. They do their best to try to avoid each other, but they are seating quite close.
During the mean, though, both George and Zoe get texts from George's mom claiming they on the houseboat and his dad his having chest pains. The two of them rush to the houseboat leaving Tansy and Wade behind. Wade is happy to just stay and eat his lobster, but Tansy insists he take them to the boat.
Once Zoe and George get there, his dad is nowhere to be found. And he's mom drives the boat away. She ends up flooding the engine and they are stranded. She claims they are going to stay here until Zoe and George sufficiently explain to her why they aren't together. They sort of try, but it's just a clusterfuck. Eventually, George says something like, of course we have feelings for each other, just as Tansy and Wade burst in.
Tansy is pissed (Wade, less so) and starts arguing with him. Mom interjects about how George would be getting married or having kids with someone like Tansy. To which George kind of agrees and this angers Tansy as well. In the end, they work everything out and it seems like both couples are happy with each other. It's obvious that Zoe and George are better on paper, but she and Wade seem to have better chemistry and enjoy each others company (outside of intellectual pursuits and activities) more.
Elsewhere, Lemon is trying to figure out who are dad is dating and thinks it's Annabeth. When she finds out who it is (again, I forget this girl's name), she pretends to be happy in front of her dad, but as soon as he's out of earshot, Lemon promises to have her gone by the end of the week.
And Annabeth meets a British guy who is not British. It's kind of a silly storyline, but totally works for this show. Lol.
