The Originals 1X19: An Unblinking Death
Added 2025-08-15 01:08:36 +0000 UTCAgain. I say I just want to binge the rest of this season. Ugh. Why is this show so good? But also, why is TVD so not good right now? It makes me sad. Also, I felt it was 50/50 whether Cami or Kieran was gonna die in this episode. At one point, I thought both.
Okay so, things are going downhill for Kieran quickly. Cami and Josh (I had to look up his name) try to deal with him, but eventually Josh compels a doctor into him him ECT. Marcel cottons on to what's up and calls Klaus and tells him to get over to Cami. Klaus is so not into this when he gets there, but sees Cami is desperate so he goes with it. Once he sees it's not working he tries to brace her for the worst, but she convinces him to turn him. Klaus doesn't want to, but agrees so she can say her goodbyes.
When he's in transition, he tells them he'll never feed so it's certain he'll die. But, then the hex is back and he attacks Cami. Thankfully, Klaus gets there in time and saves her. She tells him to kill him and he does.
Elsewhere, the werewolves are attacked by a suicide bomber. Elijah happens to be there, so Hayley tells him to deal with it while she heads over to Marcel who she thinks is the culprit.l However, while she's gone, another bomb goes off killing a bunch of the wolves. And it turns out, it was Oliver. He just wanted to spark dissension between the factions. Unfortunately, Eve takes the brunt of it (and it turns out, she's not an actual werewolf as she never killed anyone so she can't heal). But, Oliver confesses to her that he did it. She tells him the wolves will never forgive him, but he tells her they'll never know and then suffocates her. He uses this as a rallying cry to rev up the wolves for war.
Oh, and Marcel and Co have the key that Kieran had around his neck (Josh stole it) because Marcel claims it will keep Cami safe somehow.
Also, Klaus and Elijah are back on the same side. I have no idea if this is a positive thing or not.
