Schedule July 14-18

Hello, hello. Happy Sunday.

I'm shocked that I managed to get everything done last week. I'm still congratulating myself about it. Lol. (Even though, as I was making this week's schedule right now, I realized two things: 1) I only did one episode of Prison Break last week and 2) I'm still behind 🤣). That said, this coming week, on Monday, The Americans and The Fosters will come out later than usual. Typically, The Americans posts around noon; and The Fosters about 2pm. Tomorrow, they will both go up after 4pm. BUT, that should be the last change in schedule for a bit. Phew.

We finish S2 of The Mentalist this week. I've got S3 on the schedule, but I haven't heard from the sponsor yet. You'll know, when I know. Other than that, we also finish S6 of True Blood this week. This has easily been my favorite season, so I'm a little disappointed. But then, we're down the last season. I feel like I've been watching this forever. (Which is not atypical for a once a week show). However, this has not been my favorite show. I'm so glad that I show I don't really like (this season excluded) was one I picked. Everything you guys have suggested has been amazing. Lol. And, we finish S2 of Virgin River this week. I haven't heard from this sponsor yet either (I've been sucking at checking in). So, again, when I know about S3, so will you.

In non reacting news, I read Nothing Like the Movies today. It was fine. I felt about the same as I did with Better Than the Movies. I didn't really enjoy it until the last few chapters. If there is a third book in this series, I won't be reading it. Yesterday I read We Used to Live Here. I gave it 4 stars, but I don't know. It's supposed to be horror, but I wasn't that scared. It did keep me reading though, so that's something, right?

I reconnected with a friend I'd lost touch with recently. So that's been fun. She (like all of my other friends) lives way too far away, but she's going to teach me virtual DND. I'm pretty excited about it. She's the most techy of all my friends and we discussed her teaching me how to use Twitch. Potentially. I'm so bad at technology that I don't even know if it would help. 😳 Also, she wrote a book! My newest work in progress is in it's infantry, but her's is done! I'm so proud (Did I mean jealous, no, I don't think so- Oh, I should be writing all weekend instead of reading? Got it). I've started to read it and it's delightful.

Other things I told myself I'd do this weekend, but all I did was read: sew the button back on my shorts (they are, like, 2 sizes too small- no idea how they lasted this long without it popping off), clean my closet, figure out my external hard drive situation, watch Dept. Q, find a reliable second source of income, figure out how to sell stuff online (see prior item), and paint my nails. Maybe next weekend will the one. 🤷‍♀️
