Okay, so I feel like this was another great episode of Arrow. I don't know if it's just me, but I am loving the second half of S7.
So, the team, minus Oliver, all check in with Felicity and each other fairly quickly, and everyone seems to be okay. However, no one has heard from Oliver as he was a floor below them when the explosion happened. While they are looking for him, the power goes out, meaning we need to reset the breaker, but it's in an area that is full of some kind nerve agent that will kill you. They only have a very limited amount of time to get it on before the place lights up though. Roy, who is feeling guilty about how everyone covered for him, decides to risk his life to get it back on. They get power and he is okay.
Meanwhile, Oliver is busy arguing with an invisible Tommy who he's been hallucinating. He's imagined that Tommy's help him get unstuck, and is chatting with him about how killing Emiko is a bad idea while Oliver works on freeing himself from the room. This leads to an image where Oliver does end up killing Emiko, and in turn, the rest of the team dies as well. Having seemingly learned his lesson, Oliver wakes up as the rest of the team comes to rescue them.
While they are stuck down there, Smoak Technologies gets raided after Emiko sent the video footage of them covering for Roy to the SCPD. Felicity is about to get arrested, but she uses some canary scream security to drop all the officers and she and Elena escape to the bunker. (Also, the police never come after her. I assume she'll need to be on the run next episode).
However, Emiko then shows up at the bunker, ready to kill Felicity, but Felicity tells her she's pregnant and she leaves her alone. I'm not sure I buy this, but they play it off later by saying that wasn't what she came to the bunker for. Turns out, she stole a bunch of arrows and used them to kill pretty much everyone in the SCPD building. The team shows up, and tries to fight off the Ninth Circle, while Emiko escapes with the weapon to the roof. Oliver follows her up there, but again, she manages to escape because he refuses to kill her.
In the flash forward, we find out that Elena ended up selling Archer to Galaxy One, but mostly because they threatened to kill everyone she knows. Either way, we need her to help us destroy it. Again. However, William thinks he has a better idea. He heads over to the guy who runs Galaxy One (he thinks they had some flirty tension) and download the root code while pretending to be interested in the program.
But, as soon as the program is downloaded, the dude gets an alert, and they are surrounded by guards ready to arrest them. And just after that, something similar happens in the bunker. A bunch of guards show up to arrest Felicity and Co. Fun. Nice job listening to your mom, William. I know you are mad at her, but trust me, she knows way more about this than you do.
