Schedule April 21-25

Hello, hello. Happy very end of Sunday. This was obviously supposed to post yesterday, but I got sucked into moving my content from Vimeo to Dropbox. I spent roughly 12 hours on it this weekend and moved less than two months. This is going to be a project. And I only have about two more weeks (during which, I have to actually react to stuff that takes about 45 hours a week) to get it all done. So, I totally screwed myself. Fun.

We don't have any beginnings or endings of shows this week, I don't think. But, my sister-in-law texted me very early on Saturday to ask if I was caught up on 9-1-1 because we needed to discuss it, so I assume something major happened last week. (I do not want even a hint of a spoiler, thank you. But, several people- Chim specifically- were in peril).

The Vampire Diaries has only 7 more episodes before The Originals starts. I don't exactly know what to do about that. I really don't want to switch to one episode of TVD and one of The Originals each week (you guys know how much I hate to watch one episode a week), but the closest thing we have to ending (that isn't a sponsored show- I do not control what replaces those) is True Blood and that's still something like, 22 weeks from being finished. I could do a few episodes on a Friday (even though I try to reserve Fridays for chores and errands), but I'd have to have seen the episode of TVD first, so I can really only do once a week if we do it this way. I'm open to suggestions, but keep in mind, I'm already watching, like 25 episodes of TV a week.

Dan booked our flights for our trip to see our friends in South Carolina today. We leave May 3 and were supposed to come back May 5, but it cost half the price to come back on the 6th, so we're gone slightly longer than expected. But, I don't think it will mess up too much. I will keep you posted, but most likely, everything should post as planned that week.

I did finish Bethany Joy Lenz's book this week. It was very engrossing. I hate that ten years for her, though. I also read First Lie Wins this week. I think I liked it? I was sort like, eh, for the first 2/3, but then it really picked up and I was, like, this is amazing. So I'm going with a positive rating.

Believe it or not, I actually met up with a friend this week as well. I am such a homebody, it's rare that I leave my house. But we hadn't seen each other this year, and we only live about two miles apart. It's looking likely that he'll leave the country in the next six months, so I'm going to try to prioritize seeing him over the next few months.

The Last of Us is back. I didn't react to it, but watched it on my own. However, I remember almost nothing so I have very little desire to watch S2. I hate this about myself. As much as I LOVE a show (and I LOVED this one) after a hiatus, I suck at returning. I'm pretty sure Dan watched today. (I wandered through the living room and saw Bella Ramsey on the TV). Maybe if I read a bunch of Wikipedia entries on S1 I'll eventually watch S2. But, also, maybe not. Sigh.

Other than that, I think that's it for this week. Let me know if you find any issues with the switching over from Vimeo to Dropbox. I did just shy of 100 a day over the last two days, so I'm sure there is zero chance I didn't mess up something.

I hope your weekend was delightful, loves!
