Prison Break 2X17: Bad Blood

Okay, so, we head into the cigar bar and basically immediately get caught. Michael grabs Sara and they race through the building managing to get away. However, while he was in there, Michael found out that Pope (yes, that Pope) is a member and his brilliant plan is to try to convince him to go in there and get whatever's in the humidor for them. And somehow, beyond all belief, he decides to do this for him. (Well, we find out later, it was because Michael offered to turn himself in if he does this for them, but we didn't know that at the time).

So, Pope heads and grabs the USB from the humidor. But, instead of bringing it back to Michael, Sara, and Lincoln, he decides to listen to it first. And whatever he hears, make him confident enough in Lincoln's innocence, that he hands over the USB and allows Michael (and the others) to go free. Of course, we don't get to hear the audio, but it's gotta be Steadman alive after he was supposed to be dead, right?

I don't know what is going on with T Bag right now. I refuse to feel sorry for him though. There are 10 million people a year who get abused (yes, I looked that up via NIH, yes that number seems startlingly high) and most of them do not turn around abuse others. I'm sorry that happened to him, but this is not the way to handle it.

 Anyway, we find out that Pocket Boy had been abused by his father and he wants to stop the cycle of violence because he loves Susan so much. However, she wants nothing to do with this, so he ends up locking her and kids in a shed. But then, calls the police to let them out after he bails. He's busy crying in his car, and I have no idea where he goes from here. His only real motivation was to get to Susan and kids and now he's got to deal with the aftermath of them not wanting him. I am very curious to see where he goes from here, though.

C Note is desperate to get Dede to a doctor. Her kidneys are not doing well. First he tries an actual hospital, but they won't help with proper insurance and ID, then he tries a run down clinic, but the doctor wants to do what seems like a risky procedure, so C Note bails. Eventually, with no other options, he calls Mahone and offers to turn himself in if they let his wife go free and got Dede help. Apparently, he's also offered to help catch Micheal.

And we get Sucre. His whole damn world revolves around Maricruz, who, is actually at the airport waiting for him. However, as soon as he gets there, he's being chased by security (who actually gave him a ride to the damn airport 🤣), but the two of them are just happy to be together. In whatever capacity right now, it seems. I assume shit is going to go south for them quickly, but for now, they seem happy.
