This was 6 years ago, but it seems that there is still nothing about whether Bentham's DNA indicates if he had Asperger's. The last article I found was from 2018 and it said the tests were still in progress. I suppose if it were true, there would have been reports about it. After all of the speculation and credence given to the theory over the years, people probably do not want to admit that they were wrong.
