Prison Break 2X15: The Message

I was so annoyed about the body language analysis, as I typically thinks that's mostly BS. But, I love the way this was played. Also, I'm not surprised, but I am upset, that Mahone figured out what was going on so quickly. After all this time, I'm used to him being smarter than I feel like he should. Plus, it's not like he's not a victim himself here.

So, they leave the motel by Kellerman forcing the issue claiming he is FBI and he is transporting him. It doesn't really work, but they manage it by getting a reporter to help them steal a car and taking one of the cameramen hostage.

They reconvene and have a little pow wow, while the cameraman just sits on the ground unsure of what to do. But, apparently, they made a video about everything that's been going on (along with a direct shout out to get Sarah to meet them- in code, of course). They let the cameraman go and he delivers the tape to the news station, which plays the 26 minute clip. In all honesty, I think that most people would think it was a bunch of crazy talk, and The Company immediately buries it, but raising the terror threat level. Lincoln is upset, Kellerman is unsurprised, and Michael seems to think they did the job and now they just need to wait. For what, I'm not sure.

Mahone ends up interviewing the camera man and discovers that they have 6 hours to go, like, 450 miles. They immediately decide that they are going after the president and start making plans to intercept (and also, maybe use the president as bait), but eventually, fucking Mahone figures out that they are going after Tancredi. After a visit to the prison (and promising Bellick to get him in Ad Seg) he figures out that they are meeting her at a hospital in Ohio.

While they wait for her to show up, Lincoln worries that maybe Kellerman was really only helping them to get to Sarah and get whatever it is that she has. While he's talking to Michael about this, there's a page for Michael Crane. Michael realizes it's him and he takes the call from Sarah who was too far away to make it in time. But she tells him about the key, and Michael tells her that they'll figure it out together, but they don't really make a plan.

However, during the phone call, Kellerman gets a call of his own. It's the president who tells him that if he brings him Michael and Lincoln, he can have his job back. This is all the man has wanted from the beginning. I have no idea where his loyalties are anymore.

While all this is happening, Sucre is trying to make his way to Ixtapa to meet Maricruz at the airport. But, he's still 1000 miles away and is on a packed bus. Eventually, he gets kicked off because he doesn't have any money. An older passenger takes pity on him and tells him he'll give him a place to stay for the night, if Sucre cooks a chicken for him. They have a pleasant meal where Sucre finds out the man's wife died the week previously. But, he seems genuinely happen to have had Sucre for company. Once the man goes to bed, Sucre steals his car, and very quickly after, gets pulled over. The police bring him back and the man tells him he lent Sucre the car. Then gives Sucre money for gas and tells him to go get his girl.

And Bellick is busy getting his ass kicked in prison. And I am so very here for it.

Oh, and Haywire is busy trying to build a raft to sail to Holland. He buys some beer for some teenagers, but when he finds out the girl is being abused by her dad when he drinks, he goes to her house and bludgeons the dad.
