Arrow 7X4: Level Two

Fuck. I don't know exactly what is going on with Oliver and this doctor, but him claiming he is now Inmate 4587 can't be a good sign. Unless it's an act. Please, Oliver, let it be an act.

So, this asshole doctor (do we think he's the demon?) is busy trying to reprogram Oliver's brain so that he'll be nothing like his father was. And, while I agree, that what Oliver's dad did to him was majorly fucked up, that has nothing to do with what is happening here. All we are doing is successfully torturing Oliver. But, if he is the demon, maybe that's his plan.

If I understand correctly, he's basically using ECT to remake memories in Oliver's brain that never existed. And somehow, that leads Oliver to forget his life and only move forward from now. And he no longer recognizes himself as Oliver Queen; only Inmate 4587.

Meanwhile, Dinah is still at odds with Rene about whether the new Green Arrow is good or bad. Dinah is trying to capture him, but he just saved Zoe's life, so Rene is on his (her, their?) side. Dinah threatens Rene not to interfere with her capture the NGA and Rene doesn't listen. And she ends up arresting him. Dinah. Come on. I know you've got red tape, and bureaucracy bullshit to deal with, but you proved, you can kinda just do what you want. So why didn't you want to do this before? Add it to the list of reasons, I'm not pro Dinah.

Felicity, with no other options, goes to Laurel for help dealing with the Silencer. They both try to torture her for info on Diaz, but they both come up empty. Felicity decides she doesn't care if they kill her as she's got nothing left to lose. Laurel tries to tell her to just use her brain instead. So, Felicity ends up putting a tracker on her then accidentally on purpose, letting her escape; hoping she will lead them to Diaz.

We've been tracking these arsonists in the Glades. Once they burn a building down, this Fish guy ends up buying it for cheap. This is important (maybe) as it sort of leads us into the flash forward.

In the flash forward, Roy and William are following new coordinates now that lead the ruined Smoak Technologies. But, Felicity left clues for what to do. As William is figuring it out, they get caught by some guards. But, Dinah (in full vigilante gear) shows up to save them. They find out that the Glades were totally built up and have all the resources and all of Star City was basically left abandoned. Oh, and Zoe is now a vigilante too. But, Rene hates Star City (I wonder what happened there) and Felicity is dead. I'm sorry. Fuck you. Can we get Barry to reverse time and save her?
