I have zero idea how Sarah managed to get out of that bathtub. I can buy her pulling the plug, but then getting herself untied. I don't buy it.
So, it turns out, Michael really does know his dad. Apparently, after his dad left, Michael had been put into a foster home where he was neglected and beaten. At one point, his dad comes to save him and kills the guy who was doing it. But, Michael is very upset that his dad left the family and subjected him to that.
While they are arguing about it, Mahone crests the hill and a shoot out ensues. Dad tells the rest of them to run for the car while he covers them. Once they get in the car, they go back and pick up dad. However, it turns out dad's been shot in the gut. And now Michael has decided he loves him. He insists that Sucre drive him to the hospital, even though dad says not to, because they'll get caught. To which Michael replies, then we get caught. Michael. I know you planned all this, but you don't get to make decisions for everyone.
Also, during this conversation, dad tells us about the audio recording that will exonerate Lincoln and take down the Company. And that he's pretty sure that Sarah has it.
Mahone manages to get the license plate of the car they are driving away in and calls it in. He also starts calling hospitals about someone with a GSW. Eventually, he gets a call about it, but it's not who he expects. Turns out, it's the guy Sucre shot and he wants to make a deal to give up the location and timing of the plane. Once he's got that info, he makes some calls telling them to stop the plane. Shoot it down if they have to.
Dad ends up dying and we spend way too much time mourning him for a guy we basically don't know. Poor Sucre is trying to be respectful, but we really have to go. We get to the airstrip and Michael and Lincoln decide they are going to try to find Sarah instead and leave the plane to Sucre. However, shortly after taking off, Michael and Lincoln see fighter jets heading for the plane.
Michael tries to call Sarah, but they've got shitty service. They finally manage to get some, when their car gets T-boned by Mahone. All three of them are mostly okay, but Mahone comes out with a gun while Sarah finally answers the phone that is sitting in the middle of the street.
While all this is going on, Bellick is dealing with the police, trying to figure out who killed Geary. Bellick is (rightfully) trying to point the figure at Pocket Boy. But it turns out, Pocket Boy framed him and Bellick ends up arrested for Geary's death. Okay by me.
And then we've got C Note. His family seems happy (although, they don't really seem to have any actual plan) until they realize they don't have his daughter's medication. Mom keeps an extra prescription, but that means we have to go to a pharmacy. C Note and the daughter wait in the car, but mom gets made and ends up getting arrested while C Note watches. I know he should probably jump and say 'take me, not her,' but they will most likely take both of them and then the daughter is put into foster care. So both things suck here.
Somehow, while Kellerman was distracted by a motel worker, Sarah managed to pull the plug, unbind herself, heat up the iron, and hide. Once Kellerman comes back in, she lunges at him with the burning iron and scalds him. While he's in agony, she grabs her stuff and jumps out a window. Shortly after, he gets a call from Kim and Kellerman lies and says he killed her. But Kim wants proof. When he can't deliver and confesses he got away, Kim basically deletes him from the Company. I assume they'll be trying to kill him soon.
