So it's Family Day and Brandon lobbies to be able to come. He claims that he just wants things to get back to normal. Stef and Lena are skeptical, but in the end allow him to come.
Leading up to that though, Juvie is getting ready to move into her apartment and Callie comes over to check it out and decides she wants to move into one as well.
Back at home, Lena and Stef tell Jude that they want to adopt him whether or not Callie gets adopted by them. They still want to adopt her as well, but right now it's up to her if she still wants that.
Jesus is already messing with his diet (which he really isn't supposed to do since he's not on his meds anymore). Plus, he and Emma are starting to get closer. While he's texting with her, Lexi texts him a racy photo of herself. While he's taking some photos of himself to send back, Jude walks in, and Jesus gets flustered and accidentally sends the picture to Emma instead.
Lena ends up deciding that she wants to have a baby. However, when she mentions to Stef that the car she's looking at has carseat belts, Stef tells her she glad that that part of their lives are over. The two of them are running a decent household and they seem to love each other and the kids, but they have terrible communication. After being told by her OBGYN that if she still wanted kids, it's basically now or never, Lena decides to start on prenatal vitamins. And says nothing about it to Stef.
At family day, things seem to be mostly okay. Jude tells Callie that he'll be getting adopted by the Fosters whether she is or not. She does not seem as happy about this as I would expect her to be. Rita is concerned about the fact that they brought Brandon since they got a restraining order. But Stef and Lena tell her they are trying to figure out how it will work when Callie's back home. Which is when Rita tells them that Callie plans to go into independent living, and not back to foster care. They look shocked. And Callie and Brandon finally get to talk about her texting him to break up with him. Once he realizes it wasn't her and they are still together, all is fine.
Later, during clean up, Callie catches Cole with drugs. And they make a deal where Cole gives back Callie's phone and Callie doesn't say anything about it to Rita. Shortly later, Cole tells Callie that these drugs are hormones and he needs the phone to contact his dealer. Once Cole tells Callie that they are safe, she agrees to let him use the phone whenever he needs it.
The next day (or whenever), Callie is at Juvie's apartment (which I thought was her's when I watched this and was very confused) and invites Brandon to come over. Juvie and Chatterbox give them 15 minutes to themselves. They sing and make out a little.
Once the three girls get home from Juvie's the find that Cole is being put in an ambulance. Turns out, he took a lot of the drugs, had a seizure, and hit his head. The girls blame Callie and tell her that she's not really working the program. She's just going what she needs to get her privileges. After thinking it over, Callie decides she wants to do the work, and no longer wants the apartment. It seems like she's staying here and then going to try to head back to the Fosters.
Oh, and I'm pretty sure Stef's dad is dead. I'm not all that broken up about it.
