Prison Break 2X7: Buried

Okay, so the cop who showed up at the end of the last episode, lives in this house. Because of course these jailbirds can't get a damn break.

We've got the mother daughter duo tied up and gagged, and it seems like Sucre has been chosen to keep watch over them. The cop starts using some tactics to get Sucre to work with her, and it works. He brings her medicine and answers her questions. Even though, he keeps telling her to shut up, he still responds. She keeps trying to tell him to let them go and she'll see that he gets a reduced sentence. He has enough and eventually pulls a gun on her.

But, then, he takes that gun into the garage and turns the gun on the rest of the guys. What is his motivation here? Does he want the money? Is he trying to get them all to turn themselves in?

Before we get to this point though, we hear on the news that LJ is being exonerated and released in Arizona. Lincoln immediately stops digging and decides to head over to get him. He and Michael claim that the plan is still the same, and they'll meet up in 3 days time. There is zero chance this meeting goes off as planned. They are obviously drawing Lincoln out. They know he'll show up where LJ is. Come one Lincoln. You're no Michael, but you're not supid.

And I was 100% fooled by the Rat Kid storyline. Dude. It must have been so tempting to not take that offer. No time added, minimum security prison, and clean slate? How he didn't take it, I'll never know. But, regardless, he plays Mahone (yay!) telling him, he'll bring him to the other guys and even wears a wire. But, he drags him to Utah girl's house and tells her his real name and to expect letters from him while he's back in prison. (Seems unlikely, sorry love).

Mahone is so not happy. He's got, like, 40 cops and SWAT team and FBI guys, all for nothing. I love that he looks like an idiot. But, instead of bringing Rat Kid back to jail, he ends up shooting and killing him. WTF bro. Then he slips a gun in his hand to make it look like it was self defense. Fuck this guy.

Meanwhile, back in Illinois, Sarah finds her father dead from an apparent suicide, that is 100% anything but. The ME claims there were no signs of foul play, but we know that's a lie. Kellerman ends up talking about this to the guy he reports to now and he's so nonchalant about it. And then he mentions that Sarah is next to go. And when Sarah gets back to her apartment, she finds a plethora of syringes, and morphine and various drag related paraphernalia scattered across her coffee table. Seriously, who are these fucking people?
