Okay, I've sort of had it with all the in fighting between OTA and NTA. They either need to get back together, or get NTA off the show. I don't want to watch half the episode be them fighting each other instead of the bad buys.
So, we find out that Laurel has taken the money out of the bank account in Corto Maltese and now we've got conflicting plans. Dinah wants to kill her, and Oliver wants to convince her to give them back the money. But right now she'll holed up with Quintin at a cabin, who still believes he can turn her into his Laurel, and he's lying to everyone claiming he also doesn't know where she is.
Eventually, Thea follows him to the cabin and calls Oliver to tell him where Laurel is. NTA, who has bugged Oliver (come on, there is zero chance Felicity isn't checking them all constantly for bugs) also shows up and surprise, surprise, a fight ensues. (But, you know, not before Curtis hacks John's implant and pain of the tremors brings him to his knees)
Anyway, at the cabin, Oliver demands the money and Laurel says if he can help her get out of the country and away from Dinah, who is trying to kill her, she'll wire him back the money. Quintin says he'll go with her and is confident that she'll do it. Oliver says if Quintin trusts her, he does too and he'll help them get out.
While they are escaping, they run into NTA who is sort of trying to catch her. Well, Dinah certainly is. Curtis and Rene are less sure, but backing Dinah's play nonetheless. However, during the fight the team starts fighting themselves and Oliver hurts Rene pretty badly. And this Laurel ends up escaping. So no one gets what they wanted. (See what happens when we don't work together? First we lose both Vince and the bomb and now we lose both Laurel and the money).
Turns out Rene is not in good shape. They need to move him out of state (?) to a specialty facility. Right after we learn this, Felicity and Dig show up to see how he is and Curtis and Dinah kick them out of the hospital claiming they are not only no longer on the same team, but they are no longer on speaking terms.
And then, at the end of the episode, Laurel is found wandering around in a great deal of pain (remember she's been shot) and when a bystander asks if she's okay, she claims she was kidnapped and escaped. And that her name is Laurel Lance. Do we think this is a third Laurel? I don't know. Something seemed different about her.
