One Tree Hill 9X9: Every Breath is a Bomb

OMG. I hate all this. (In the best possible way).

So, we may, possibly, potentially be slightly closer to finding Nathan. Dan has managed to track down Dimitri and Haley is using her womanly wiles to draw him out to Dan. Once he's lovesick enough and follows her out of the bar, Dan attacks him and drags him to the soundstage so he can torture him.

Once back there, Haley immediately wants a go at him. Dan holds her off for a bit, but then she breaks and starts beating him. Dan drags her off and tells her she's got to go so he can torture whatever information he can get out of him. So, nothing yet, but hopefully by next episode will have somewhere to start.

Fuck the Tree Hill police. Seriously. Brooke brings her issues with Xavier to his PO and he's basically, like, too bad; so sad. They live in a small town, so she'll just have to deal with his harassment and stalking (even though he won't label it as that).

So Brooke and Julian set out to catch him doing something illegal. And he's breaks into a house, but it's a misunderstanding and he's free to go. However, he does see Brooke and Julian talking to the cops. Later, he accosted Brooke on the street and tells her to stay out of his way and leave him alone because he can get to her and her family at any time. And of course, he does. We end the episode with him in the baby's room and holding one of them. It's creepy as fuck.

While that is happening, Clay is trying to deal with the fact that Logan is his son. He's finally able to talk to him about it. At first it seems like it's going well, so Clay tells him that he's his dad and hopes that the two of them can have a relationship as father and son. But, Logan tells him no and walks away. Disappointing for Clay, I'm sure, but this kid is six. He's gonna need Clay to take the lead here.

Chase ended up in jail. Chuck lied and told the officers that his dad wasn't hitting him. Chris bailed him out, but Chase had to go to a hearing to see if he was getting dishonorably discharged. Thankfully, Chuck and his mom show up at the hearing and Chuck explains that he lied and Chase saved him. He still ended up getting discharged, but it was a general discharge, so it probably won't haunt him forever. Chuck's mom also told the police about Chucks' dad so it looks like Chase won't be going to jail either.

And then Mouth is trying to get in shape. Seriously. Why is this here? I guess it's supposed to be the light-hearted relief in this very heavy season, but it just feels like it's taking time away from the actual, important stories.

We are really running out of time here! And you know what, I hate it. Give me more One Tree Hill. I'm not ready to let go yet.
