Tell Me Lies 1X6: And I'm Sorry If I Dissed You

So we're back from Christmas and Lucy has decided that she's not going to see Stephen anymore. Pippa and Bree are thrilled. However, it doesn't last very long.

She's been trying to avoid him since she got back, but eventually, he waits outside her dorm for her. She asks him about Macy and the flower drawing. He deflects and lies for a bit until he finally tells the truth. Yes, he was hooking up with her. They'd been FWB for a while when they were home, but cut it off when they got to school.

Then he said he'd only had sex with her once after they got back to school, and Lucy realizes it was the night Macy died. And out comes the story. They'd been at the party together (or at least at the same time), and he drank too much and she said she'd drive him home. But Drew came out of nowhere and they swerved into a tree. She died and he just left her there because he was scared.

And what does Lucy do? She fucking comforts him and tells him it's okay and it wasn't his fault. Is she serious? She was going to break up with him because he lied about sleeping with someone before they'd ever met, but him leaving a girl for dead (her roommate, no less) is totally cool with her? Am I missing something?

So, now they're back together. But right before that, Pippa saw him come out of a library study room with Diana. She tells Lucy that they are still hooking up in hopes that she stops seeing him, but to no avail. She basically tells Pippa to mind her own business. She confronts Stephen about it, but says it doesn't matter. Things will be different going forward and he can't disrespect her anymore because she doesn't want to look stupid. Yeah, that's the biggest issue here.

Afterwards, Stephen 'breaks up' with Diana (if they were even together) and tells her its because he can't get over the fact that she slept with Wrigley. (You know, before they ever met).

We also find out that Evan is into Lucy. And acts like she was supposed to know already. I didn't. Did you guys?

Also, Lucy has a new roommate Charlie. She seems nice enough.

I'm super curious how the second half of this season turns out. The drama!
