Say it with me : POI. DOES. NOT. MISS. WITH. CHARACTER. INTRODUCTIONS. Elias, Root, Shaw now Control. They're truely great with these reveals/introduction. At the beginning of the episode you were saying John ran out of bullets before killing Quinn, but I think what happened is that his own blood clogged the gun. (it makes sense cause I don't think he fired a single shot with that gun in the scenes before, and also it's more poetic that way NGL). Finally, another proof of the absurd amount of details that went into so much of this show : the Machine's interfaces are full of Easter eggs or foreshadowings, especially from season 3 onwards, and in that episode at the end you can see that the machine is considering calling Root to fix the situation (which she eventually will do).

2023-05-09 02:53:18 +0000 UTCI’d prefer Shaw to House, hands down. She’d do whatever needed to be done, and maybe she wouldn’t hold my hand, but she wouldn’t be an asshole for no good reason, either! Oh, and you mulling over what to call The Machine made me want to tell you that my best friend and I decided in the pilot episode that The Machine’s name is Susan.
