True Blood 4X3: If You Love Me, Why Am I Dyin'?

Okay, I'm pretty sure that S4, is going to be my favorite season. I LOVE what we've been doing so far.

Also, I'm sure I'm not supposed to feel this way, but I really leave this version of Eric. He's so earnest! (But I wouldn't like it if he stayed like this forever).

So, Sookie, unsure of what to do, calls Pam, who begs Sookie to take care of him while he's like this. She knows that he'll be vulnerable to the witches in this state. When Sookie asks if she can call Bill, Pam tells her 'no.' She thinks Bill set Eric up to get attacked by the witches on purpose. I honestly cannot decide if I think this is true. I'm landing on about 51% no and 49% yes. Lol.

Jason is just being raped by Crystal in hopes of getting pregnant with a werepanther (you know, since they raped him into being one). I don't love this storyline, but I HATE this for Jason. All he wanted to do was try to help these people and this is the thanks he gets for it? Fuck this shit.

Lafayette thinks he, Jesus, and Tara should go to Fangtasia and throw themselves on the mercy of Eric. Swear they had nothing to do with it, and hope he doesn't kill them. They are 100% sure that he's after them for what happened at the witch meeting. Jesus and Tara are completely against this. They assume that Eric will just kill him on sight. But, Lafayette manages to slip them and heads over on his own.

When Tara and Jesus catch up to him, they find Pam beating the shit out of him in the basement. Tara pulls a gun with wooden bullets on her and tells her who actually did it. Pam gives them 24 hours to deliver the actual witch who did it to her.

Jessica goes to see Bill and confesses she fed on a guy who wasn't Hoyt. Bill is furious (vampires are really a hot button issue right now after Russell), but Jessica assures him it was consensual, and all she needs is relationship advice. He tells her, if she loves him, tell him the truth. So she does, but he explodes, and she glamours him into forgetting. Sigh. I just don't think it's gonna work out between the two of them.

At the end of the episode, Sookie's fairy godmother shows back up and begs her to come back the fairy-land. Sookie refuses, but then Eric attacks her (you know how good those fairies smell) and drinks her to death. I love this final scene with Eric. Again, I know I probably shouldn't, but I really do.
