So, it seems like Darhk is running around trying to tie up loose ends. He's hired some demolition experts to implode building while his enemies are in them.
After salvaging a laptop from one of the buildings, Felicity has Curtis check out what's on the damaged hard drive. He figures out that they are planning on destroying the building that the debate is being held in. Which has Oliver, all of Arrow Co, half the city, and Darhk's wife (but we assume she was going to be evacuated beforehand). Thankfully, Oliver manages to clear the building with enough time to discharge all the detonators. The debate goes off, and consensus is claiming that Oliver is the clear winner.
In other news, Felicity's mom is planning an engagement party for Felicity and Oliver. It's trying Felicity crazy and her mom is going way over the top with it, but it seems to be making her happy. But then after she finds out Quintin has been lying to her (all for her own protection- which Felicity tries to stress to her), she ends up breaking up with him. He's upset and seeks out Oliver to help with the situation. Anyway, at the engagement party, he ends up telling her the truth and they make up.
Curtis and his husband show up with an engagement gift for Felicity. Some nano tech that when embedded into her spine. He's not 100% sure it will work, but everyone seems hopeful.
Also, after questioning him about the check Moria wrote, Oliver finally comes cleans about William to Thea. While she thinks the stipulations sucks, she thinks he's doing the right thing by not telling anyone that he is William's father. I'm not sure sure, but that's not my decision to make.
And speaking of William, at the end of the episode, we see that somehow, Darhk has managed to get him. He brings him into the home and has Nora play with him. I don't know if his mom is alive, or what, but it certainly doesn't seem like she can bribed, so it doesn't look good for her.
