I'm so glad that Mickey wasn't able to escape who he is. If this trip at had smoothly, I think Ian might have ended up going through with it. But, because, everything went poorly, he ended up bailing right before they cross into the border. However, Mickey does make it, so there's a chance he gets to live a life of tequila on the beach.
Kevin gets a job at a gay bar, where the customers love him. I thought he was gonna be a bartender, but it looks like he's just dancing on top of the bar in tiny gold shorts. He's asked if he would be cool with guys jerking him of for $500. It doesn't seem like he's against it, although, when he tells V about it, she might be.
After staying with the Gallagher's for a couple of nights, a room opens up in an assisted living facility, and Etta moves in. Fiona feels horrible (but not horrible enough to give back the check). She's thinking about buying an apartment building, but is taking the time to do her research since she got screwed over with the laundromat.
Frank and Monica are obsessive about getting remarried. They steal a bunch of money and jewelry after and orgy and decide one will be Monica's engagement ring. Fiona and Lip refuse to come to the ceremony, but since it's at the house (and gets way delayed because Frank and Monica end up beating each other up) when they get home they end up at it anyway. After Fiona's toast (you guys deserve each other), she and Lip are talking on the coach. She tells him she proud of him for working hard to get sober. He tells her he was wrong about the laundromat and she did a good job (I think she just get lucky). Then they both realize they feel weird and discover Monica put Molly in their drinks (Lip was having coffee). If I was Lip, I would have strangled her. (But I guess it didn't really matter in the end).
They end up having an old school Gallagher pop up party where everyone is involved and having a good time. Monica and Frank watch from the stairs, and Monica is just happy all her kids are together and having a good time. In the morning, Frank wakes up and keeps partying. However, when he tries to wake Monica, she's unresponsive.
