I mean, we're all super pissed at Victoria, right? It cannot just be me. I'm hoping my previous bias of her isn't taking over and in some weird way she's actually doing a good thing. I can't believe it, but I've been wrong about a zillion things in reaction so many times before. However, I just truly HATE this bitch. And I love Brooke and Sam's relationship so anything that might potentially screw it up and is a big red flag for me. Plus, Victoria shredding the letters from Sam's mom; so not okay. I do actually kind of get her motivation for this, but still. It's not her decision.
So not a fan of Jamie and Skills at the dance. Also, please tell me, who is Jamie's teacher? I know she's from somewhere but I don't wanna look her up due to spoilers!
However, Nathan getting a chance to play play actual professional ball is here! I could not guess how this was gonna go. I mean, for the show, it probably makes more sense that he stay here in Tree Hill, as opposed to traipsing over to Europe. But had he decided to go, I really would have understood.
Haley finds out that an artist wants to buy her song to record. She is very adamantly in the 'no' camp, until he shows up at the studio to try to convince her. Eventually, she lets him to record to see how it goes, and she ultimately decides to let him have the song if she can produce it. Now, I know this is Nick Lachey, but I only really know him from the Newlyweds show in the early 2000s. For whatever reason, I pretty sure I actually watched a good chunk of that show. I have no idea about him as a musician though.
We get some fun flashback of Lucas and Peyton as he works on restoring her car. As cute as this is, I can't help but think that this time would be better spend at home with Peyton. Especially as she's feeling super lonely and being cooped up in this house alone is driving her crazy. Not to mention, SHE MIGHT BE DEAD SOON.

Love the thumbnail.....Naley massage scenes for the win always, hehe. Seriously though, they are always so sweet and simple, yet intimate. It's them in a nutshell. And I wasn't too pissed at Victoria here, lol, even though she goes about things in the wrong way. Much like with Dan because of her past actions and behavior, you're always left questioning her motives, but it works so well for her character, lol. Sorry you didn't like the Jamie/Skills stuff at the dance, but I think the comedic relief that was supposed to be their scenes worked well. I totally get not really caring about a 5-year old's dance, lol, but Jamie and Skills are always great together, so I can overlook the school stuff, lol. And Jamie's teacher Ms. Lauren is played by Allison Munn. She's been in lots of stuff, mostly as a guest star, but you probably know her from That 70's Show. And Nick Lachey wanting to buy Haley's song cracks me up every time, hehe. "All In My Head" was a pretty big hit for him, and I always figured that the show promoting it definitely helped, lol. I think it peaked at #2 on the Billboard top 100 charts and was his first top 10 hit as a solo artist. So, the crossover on the show definitely worked for him, hehe. And I once again love how Naley talk and communicate with each other. Once Nathan gets the European offer to play basketball, he immediately makes a beeline home to talk with Haley about it and what they should do. Love how she's behind him 100% with whatever he decides, but she's the one that gives him the push to not let go of his dreams and that the NBA isn't a pipedream for him. Gosh......those two don't get any better. And then we get classic Nathan Scott at the end telling Bobby to tell the scout about Devon and that he deserves a second chance. Heartwarming for sure!!!
