So, Jeremy is hell bent on Anna turning him in to a vampire. However, she's not quite so keen on the deal. She makes him try to convince her. But eventually, Vicki is found dead, and she realizes that the reason he wanted to be turned was to be with Vickie forever, not Anna. This upsets her and she flees.
Elsewhere, Stefan is kidnapped by the asshole whose girlfriend got killed by Stefan when they broke into the Salvatore house last episode. They decide it'll be super fun to torture him. However, Damon, Elena, and Alaric decide to come to his rescue. Alaric's job is to get Damon inside, Damon's job is to rescue Stefan, and Elena's job is to drive the getaway car. You probably guessed that this does not go as planned.
Alaric basically pushes the woman who owns the house outside, where Damon kills her and just comes in. Elena sneaks in through a basement (?) and ends up running into Damon. They manage to get Stefan out and Elena takes him to the car (Damon's got some unfinished business). However, on the way, Stefan collapses from his injuries. Elena ends up feeding him her blood to keep him alive. Once re-energized, he's able to save them from that asshole vampire who broke into their house.
But, immediately after, Stefan is not the same. He's growly, and snarly, and just generally unhappy and unpleasant. And then later, we see that he's been having a field day with Damon's human blood.
As much as I'm loving Damon right now, Alaric punching him in the face, was kind of satisfying.
