Shameless 7X5: Own Your Shit

Okay, so I know I was complaining last episode about Debbie and I think Fiona had every right to treat her the way she did. And I stand by that. However, I don't think she has to right to continue treating everyone else like shit. I get that she feels like she's done enough and that she thinks it's time for someone else to take up the mantel, but I think she still needs to be contributing somehow. Everything is, you deal with it. To be fair, minus Debbie, no one is really complaining, but I still think she's being shitty about it.

Speaking of Fiona, I can only assume that she's going to try to buy the laundromat. She was approved for $100,000 to buy back the house. And the laundromat is going for about that much. And I'm sure the owner would rather sell to her (as I'm sure Fiona will continue to let her live upstairs). Especially since that extra $25/week at Patsy's is not gonna get her rich, which is apparently her goal all of a sudden.

Carl has an interview for military school, but all the spots are filled, with the exception of minority slots. Dominique's dad takes him for a DNA test and they find out he's 1/3 Native American, which will pretty much get him in.

Ian is having trouble with the fact that he wants to sleep with this dude (I forget his name), but he's only had top surgery and not bottom. And we knew that Ian fucking hated being with a woman. However, since this guy considers himself a guy (and claims his vagina is a 'non factor), I don't think he's going to be looking for Ian to pay it any mind. I'm sure if they just talk about it, it will be fine.

Lip decides to hack into the computers of the company he's interning for, to try to syphon some money off the top. I have no idea how easy (or hard) it is to track internet hacking, but he got caught almost immediately last time he went into the server room, as they have cameras everywhere.

And Debbie, who is desperate for money so Fiona doesn't kick her out, starts panhandling at Frank's suggestion. However, when she is on a homeless person's territory, they get into a physical fight while Debbie is holding Franny (or Harry or whatever we're calling this kid). Someone videos it and social services shows up to open an investigation about whether or not Debbie is capable of being of mother.
