Arrow 3X15: Nanda Parbat

Ugh, my screen recording app crashed in the middle of this episode. I think we end up losing 2-3 seconds. Sigh. Sorry about that.

Dude. It feels like so much happened this episode.

Thea ends up confessing almost immediately to Laurel, even though Oliver told her not to. To her credit, Laurel knows this is all Malcolm's doing and not Thea's. However, she still can't understand why she and Oliver are willing to continue working with him knowing what he did.

It seems like Thea took this to heart because she contacted the league and basically handed Malcolm over to them. During the chaos of the fight, Oliver ends up essentially kidnapping Nyssa and holding her prisoner. He wants him to tell her where Nanda Parbat is, so he can go rescue Malcolm. She tells him, but only because she wants to see him die.

Oliver is insistent that he's protecting Malcolm so Thea won't wake up in 20 years and realize she killed her father. However, later he admits to Dig that it wasn't just that. He's upset that he was bested in the fight with Ra's.

Anyway, Oliver and Dig go to Nanda Parbat where it's discovered that Ra's doesn't want to kill Oliver, he wants Oliver to take his place in the league. I'm sorry, what? Where the hell did that come from?

And speaking of shocking twists, Thea tells Nyssa that she was the one who killed Sara. Then unlocks her cage and tells her she can have her revenge while handing her a sword. I'm sorry, what? Is Thea offering herself up as a sacrificial lamb here?

Um, also Felicity sleeps with Ray. I have such mixed feelings about this. I want her and Oliver together, but to be honest, I kind of find her and Ray to be a good match. And speaking of Ray, after Felicity's intervention, he's broken through his plateau and fixed his suit. Now he's flying all around the city while Felicity sleeps in his bed. So is he Iron Man now?

Obviously, I want her with Oliver, but they won't give me that! Grrrr. So, right now, I'm going with if Felicity's happy I'm happy. Sigh. I didn't find that. It feels like she shows up and fixes whatever he can't figure out. Lol.

Felicity and Ray, no thank you. It's obvious he's a rebound and she's only with him because Oliver hurt her and won't be with her. Also, I hate that they dumb Felicity down to prop Ray up. He has to be the smartest guy in the room. Again, no thanks. Not a fan of that dynamic.

This shows so good
