9-1-1 4X2: Alone Togehter
Added 2024-07-31 22:16:39 +0000 UTCOMG. I enjoyed this episode so much more than I did the previous one. I'm not even sure what it was that I didn't like so much before, but this episode was lovely.
Chim delivering the baby and listening to her say all the things about her pregnancy that she hated to do alone. And Chim realizing that he and Maddie would be better together than apart was a delight. Although, I feel kind of silly for completely agreeing with the reasons they were apart just before I watched the episode and then being so happy they got back together this episode. Oops.
Athena and Sylvia making it out was so emotional. But then when it was Bobby who played the savior for them, I kind of lost it. But you guys are used to my crazy amount of tears during this show by now.
I'm still not completely sure I understand why Athena is so dead set against May working for 9-1-1. I think May's explanation of why she wanted to do made a lot of sense, but I'm still confused as to my Athena is so against it. Maybe it's just that she's concerned May is not doing what she wants to do, but what she thinks is best for Athena?
And Buck is in therapy! All these people should be in therapy, but I'm really glad that he is. Plus, he seems to be actually getting something from it. I love this journey for him. (As long as he doesn't sleep with her!).
