I'm super surprised that going into season six of this insane show, there is still stuff that surprises me.

Okay, so first off, Debbie is still so much a child. Especially in her reaction to being pregnant and how she deals with it. There is zero chance she's going to do a good job with this baby. The second she tells Derek, he's immediately zoning out. Are we at all surprised that he's ghosting her? (Was this before ghosting was a thing?)

And Mickey is in jail for 15 years for the shit he pulled with Sammi. Ian doesn't really seem to want anything to do with him, but he's showing up for visits for the money (Mickey won't see Svetlana unless she brings Ian). Plus, he gave himself this horribly infected tattoo. Yuck. This means Sammi is still alive somewhere and is totally coming back for revenge on the Gallaghers at some point.

Ha. Lip beat the hell out of his professor's son. That's so Lip. And did I detect the tiniest hint of jealousy from her over the blonde in his bed? I wasn't really sure. Do we think Lip is gonna get into teaching? He started off unsure, but as time went on, he got way more confident. I don't know what that has to do with robotics, though.

Carl is free! I kind of wish we had more time to see him in juvie. I think it would have made for some great scenes. He made a ton of friends and it seemed like he did just fine on the inside. Chuckie seems like he's doing okay too, but he's still in. This is gonna be such a showdown when Chuckie gets out, right?

Plus, Fiona is separated and now sleeping with her boos who offers her a promotion. That's gonna end stellar, I assure you.
