Shameless 4X11: Emily
Added 2024-05-16 19:00:06 +0000 UTCAnd Frank is awake. He has no idea who anyone is, but he seems to be recovering well. I'm not entirely sure what the point of the Emily plot was, though. Was it just to see the contrast between Frank (who destroyed his liver) getting an organ while Emily (who did nothing wrong) dies without hers? Or to show Frank's remorse? (Which seems odd since he doesn't even know what he's saying). It was sad, sure, but how does it tie in? Maybe we'll find out next episode.
Okay, so Fiona is in jail for 90 days. That sucks, but I feel like it could have been a lot worse. We can make do for 90 days.
I loved the social worked seeing how hard Lip is trying and how good of a heart he has. These are the kinds of people who should be in this line of work.
Also, I LOVED Terry and Mickey (along with Ian and some others) getting into a brawl at the bar after Mickey comes out. Straight to jail, Terry!
It was also a fun twist that Lip's girlfriend (whose name I do not remember) was in on the 10 grans scheme, and was annoyed that he didn't hold out for more money.
