I'm really going to try not to be completely swoony whenever Claire and Jamie are on screen together, but I can already see it's going to be tough. Lol.

Also, it's nice that they gave her a job she actually enjoys. I'm sure the fact that they need a doctor doesn't help, but still.

I love that Claire is all like, I'm from the 20th century and you all are just gonna have to deal with that. Lol. It was my husband's aunt, but I think I'm going to have to text her and tell her just how right she was. Good lord, that guy is swoony. I had no idea it was a love story. And now I feel ridiculous that I didn't realize it. Eek!

2024-03-28 22:41:08 +0000 UTCYes, book 2 is the second season, book 3 is the third season and so on. They are on season 7B right now. It should be airing this summer. They have been renewed for season 8. I'll gladly sponsor all the seasons. My fav seasons are still to come. No rush on reading if you choose to do that first. :) What I love about Claire is that she is who she is and she doesn't try to hide it to fit in. I mean she could have an easier time if she just blended in a bit lol. I also love that she has a purpose and that her job in this time is the same as her job in her time. I love watching her navigate the differences of that. Like what she's not suppose to know and what she's suppose to use with the limited resources she has. What's not to love about Jamie? Your Aunt (I think that is who you said) is right. It's more than just his looks. He's just a really great guy. Can't wait until we get more of him. I love everything in this world, but at its core it is a love story. You never lose sight of that no matter what is going on. Feel free to swoon. I'm loving your reactions. Thank you!!!
