Heartstopper 2X2: Family

I really wanted to be wrong, but when you are that high, there is really nowhere to go but down.  Sigh.

At least we got a happy-ish ending with Tao vowing to tell Elle he likes her.

That does help. Thank you! These aren't necessarily tests to get into college/university. So after they take them, they will remain in high school (or, I guess, secondary school if you are in the UK) and take more specialized classes. Got it. Super helpful. I appreciate it!

So as I understand it and I may not have this exact but in the UK, year 10 and 11 (freshman/sophomore) students do GCSE course work which is like your core classes plus some that you can choose, like an elective. At the end of year 11 you take your GCSE exams which is what Nick and Elle are doing now. Year 12 and 13 is called sixth form when you take your A-Levels which are more specialized classes (think AP classes here in the US). You can stay at your secondary school to do your A-Levels or you can apply to a college like Elle is doing for Art. After that they can apply and go on to university. In the US we use college and university interchangeably but in the UK they are different. Hope that helps some!
