Any Advice on Streaming Recording Software

Our reaction to I WASH CARS is missing.
We filmed it and the file is just gone. We are upset about it but we have to move forward.
So two things:
1. Anyone who has any advice on Streaming and Recording Software, please point us in a direction of one that is more reliable than OBS. We are sure this has been a part of the problem and we want it fixed FAST.
2. We are replacing I WASH CARS with a FIR song to compensate.
We will be recording tonight and we will be doing:
HEAVY DIRTY SOUL - TWENTY ONE PILOTS
BONEBREAKER (LIVE IN MOSCOW) - SLAUGHTER TO PREVAIL
BAD GIRLS CLUB - FALLING IN REVERSE

I don't do anything myself, but have heard many refer to Streamlabs - from what I gather it's relatively easy to learn.
