Weekly Progress #80

So one project that I honestly did not expect to finish was the “It Came From Twitter” video based on a tweet one of my fans sent involving Gohan. The animation was relatively straightforward to animate and I just re-used the set from my “Hidden Tournament of Power Contestant” video. I did change Goku’s model since one of the Goku models I was using had an eye flickering issue. I might talk to Sul to see if he can fix all of the Goku models. For now, I gotta do what I gotta do. Now, normally I would release the video a few months down the line, however, I plan to release this next week.

This Week’s Ongoing Projects
I’m close to finishing the Saitama video. I literally have 30-45s left to animate for it. The only problem I have for the animation was how annoying it is to pose Saitama’s eyes. They’re so hard to pose that I’m nervous he’ll go derp during the animations. Ironically, Stan’s model has been pretty easy to animate. I have a few gripes about his lip bones, his jaw, and his collar, but it’s been pretty fun animating him. I expect to finish this animation hopefully this week and then I can animate one more parody for Shounen Jump month.

I finally got all the lines I need for the MRW: Hunter x Hunter video. I anticipate that I’ll start animating the video after the Saitama one. Other than that, most of my effort was focused on finishing the Gohan and the Saitama parodies.
This Week’s New Ideas
I decided that I want to swap out one of the videos I have planned for June with a video I think will do well for the channel. Since I’ve been receiving requests to do a RWBY parody and Blazeblue Cross Tag comes out in June, I figure I could make a Blazeblue/RWBY parody. Originally, I wanted the video to focus on Ruby giving Makoto shit for her weapons, but my friend recommended I should focus on Makoto’s and Yang’s apparent friendship in Crosstag. I’m still thinking of the script and gathering the models I need for the video.
And that’s it! Thank you guys for reading, and I hope you have a wonderful day or night! See ya!
