Weekly Progress #47

Sorry for the late post, but I was working on the Berserk video. Anyway, let's not waste anytime.

This Week's Completed Projects
For majority of the this week, I focused on finishing the next ProZD video which spoofs anime padding. I don't really have a lot to comment on the project since it was relatively straight forward. I did purposely animate a certain part of the video to make fun of anime with limited budgets. With that said, the video will come out late October.

This Week's Ongoing Projects
So, originally I wanted to work on the Attack on Titan video after I finished the ProZD one using the Wings of Freedom models. Problem is...the Mikasa model has face posing problems. Until I can figure out what's the problem with this model, the project is indefinitely canceled. This is the first project I canceled due to models just being awful. I feel really bad for the cancellation, but it's out of my hand.

I did realize that I can shift focus on two projects that have been on my to-do list for quite sometime. I decided that the next two projects I will be working on are: a Berserk parody and another Neptunia video which spoofs Histoire. I shifted focus on the Berserk video since I got all the lines for that video and just need one more line for the Histoire video. I only got two scenes done for the Berserk parody. I anticipate that I won't be finished with the vid until the week after next. For now, here are a few screenshots. 

I also finished writing scripts for several videos. The first script done is for the next Q and A video, which will be part of the weekly upload schedule. After that, I wrote out the script for the Weeaboo Halloween special, which will have vampires in it. I asked my friends, Yaroshien and PM Seymour to lend their voices for the video. Unlike the other weekly videos, these videos have a set release date and I will be pacing myself when working on them.

I also started working on ProParah's commission which I had to restart from scrap since the animation looked bad in my opinion. I am planning on finishing it soon, so please hang in there, Pro.

Finally, I started sending the lines for the voice actors of the Witcher 3 review (which is about time. IMO). I decided to start working on the review again when I heard about the Angry Joe situation. However, I will be pacing myself when working on reviews so that I won't lose any weeks of animating.

Finally, I found a couple of Persona 4 and 5 MMD models that could be ported to SFM. I asked FinalLeet if he could port them. Unlike the previous MMD models I found, the creator of the models just want to be credited when using them. 

This Week's New Ideas
No new ideas this week.

Hiatus Starting August 5th
Like I said in the update video, I will be going on a Youtube channel hiatus after August 4th. The hiatus will also cause no weekly posts to be published until September 1st, since I won't have anything to report on the August 26th's progress post.
