Weekly Progress #34

This Week's Completed Projects
I managed to finish two projects this week. First project is the Sombra video and the second video is the first MRW video of the year.

Not going to lie, the Sombra video has to be one of the most aggravating videos I've had to render. It had nothing to do with animating it but rather the sheer amount of problems I encountered when I was rendering the video. The first problem I had was the fact that the audio file was completely corrupted, which caused me to re-render some parts of the animation. The worst part is that I had to re-render the main scene of the video, which took 10 hours to render the first time around. All I can say is that despite the amount of frustrations I had with the animation, this video is going to be extremely funny. The video is slated to come out in late June, but here are some screenshots.

The final project I finished was a MRW video. This new MRW video is based off of Atlus' policy on Persona 5 lets' plays. All I got to say is that this an interesting video project since I managed to use the Persona 5 battle menu meme in the video. Hell, I even managed to add the red stroke effect to one of the characters. Anyway, expect the video to come out the last week of April since I need to release this parody during the month Persona 5 is still relevant.

This Week's Ongoing Projects
I began work on the next “It Came From Tumblr” video since I believe it's time to work on a new one. Although the amount of skits is going to be a tad smaller than the previous few, one sketch is going to be more than 10 seconds long. I would've inished it yesterday, but I realized I want to pace myself and finish it this weekend.

I finally started work on the “Kira Orders Pizza” video. Thus far, I've been trying out a new animation technique in which I purposefully set certain body parts to move ahead or behind other body parts. By doing this, it creates a more humanistic feel of the character rather than them feeling like a robot.

Thanks to Kuro on the Discord server, I managed to find a Chris Hansen model for the next Hyperdimension Neptunia parody featuring Yellow Heart. All I need to do is to find the voice actors for the video. Finding one for Yellow Heart might be difficult since I do not know female voice actresses who matches her tone.

The final project I worked on this week is a parody of A.I Channel, a virtual Youtuber. I don't want to spoil the jokes in the video, so with that said, I finished the script for the video and will start recruiting voice actors soon.

No new ideas this week. And that's it! Thank you guys for reading, and I hope you have a wonderful day or night! See ya!
