Cecilia tried to capitalize on the often ignored "7th Pokemon rule" that was just launched about a year ago. She thought it would be easy to try out being the pokemon, only to find herself wondering why would they do that.
I'll say that this idea has kinda inspired this character and perhaps another potential idea for a webcomic involving her. Let me know what you think and if you want to see more Cecilia.
