TwistedTG Status Update May 2024

Well hello there, looks like another month has passed us by.

For this month, there really isn't a whole lot to say in terms of behind the scenes stuff unfortunately. But I hope yall are enjoying the more consistent uploads as of late. Gonna try to keep up with it going forward. And at the very least, keep up with these monthly updates.

Website
Our website is chugging along and is nearing completion. Just gotta make some tweaks and aesthetic decisions before we're all ready to roll it out to the world. No concrete release time yet, but we're hoping soon.

Our intentions with it is to kinda build the gap between our Patreon stuff and the blog. And have it as more or less a one stop shop to check in on as a hub for announcements and the likes.

Also as many of you probably already know from other content creators in this part of the internet. Patreon recently updated their terms of service regarding mature/explicit/18+ content. Yall can go give it a read if yall are bored, but the main point that affects us is their new policy regarding porn material.

Now all porn content on Patreon can't explicitly show the intercourse part, but acts leading up to it is more or less fine. Now they do distinct animated/drawn works separately from this term, but since we've already got dinged once under the guidelines it's best that we try our best to fly under the radar here.

That's where the website comes in. We're not entirely sure what we're gonna do with it yet in terms of Patreon, but the idea is to host at least the more explicit stuff there instead of on Patreon itself so there's less of a reason for them to thanos snap us.

FOSE and future comics 
FOSE will continue for the foreseeable future.
Chapter 5 is chugging alone nicely, we're taking a small break for this week and we'll be back at it again next weekend.

Beyond that, I know that I've mentioned it at least a handful of times, but I do have a Stranded comic in the works. Chapter 1 of which is actually complete! So yall will definitely see that sooner or later too. This will also be an ongoing project from me personally (since Stranded is my brainchild after all) and I already have chapter 2 planned out. Just need to get it scripted and into the hands of Cuncyun to be drawn. Not sure what the release schedule will be yet for Stranded, but it'll probably run in conjunction to FOSE down the line.

Beyond, beyond that, Doc does have a few other comics in the works and we do plan to bring back previous comics that we had taken down because of Patreon's guideline suspension. Comics like Jaknam, Mr. Jezzer and In Between. We're hoping to put them on the website (along with all of our other comics), or at least have them be accessible from there. Again, the one stop shop hub idea and all.

Anyway, that's all there is to it this month. This ended up being a lot longer than I thought it'd be, but I wanted to give yall a peek behind the curtains and explain how things are at the moment. And hopefully yall are liking these "State of TwistedTG" type posts.
