[THOUGHTS] Tiers Revamp!

TL;DR: 

Scene Poll had representation problems. 

Rewards tiers will be revamped in response. 

Everybody with $2+ will be able to vote everywhere eventually. 

$5, $10 and $15 Tiers get extra perks!

Nobody will lose the perks they pledged for.  The subtractive changes will only take place after the next Costume Poll and  Narrative Poll are done with. New Patrons will follow the old system regarding $5 and $10 Tiers for now.

 We also have more interactive goals!

We'll never go tired of thanking you all for the support so far, so here it goes again: Thank you all for your support! As you know by now, Blair's episode won at the polls and is already being worked on. We're really glad the idea worked out fine, but there are some things that need to be addressed, and others that need changing. 

First, here's what happened at the poll in precise terms: Blair kept a lead pretty much since day one, and ended as the most voted with 5 votes, while the other three all tied for second with 3 votes each. That's almost the worst possible result in statistical terms. I mean, we're glad to know we succeeded in balancing out the pros and cons of our main cast of characters, but it makes us sad to realize that 64% percent of you, the majority by far, will have to wait longer to play the episodes you voted for. 

It's our fault, we admit it. We set this up expecting Paige or Emanu to win by a landslide, since they are closer to the moe art style that's all the rage these days. If that was the case, the majority of people would be happier, both short and long term. And that's not even considering the bigger problem, that out of our 80+ Patrons, only 14 were allowed to vote. Not the most ideal system.

There's also a problem with the Rewards Tiers, we discovered. Most people don't value voting all that much (guess we can thank the rulers of the real world for that), and that's all we had to offer. Most Patrons prefer to pledge to a creator that offer digital goods as rewards, and we understand that. It's just we wanted to try something different, but as it turns out, different is not always better. For this reason, we are going to take the opportunity of us embarking on a new project and completely revamp our reward tiers! Check them on the right!

And don't you worry, guys! Nobody is going to get stripped of the perks they already pledged for. We will stick with the plan to release a Costume Poll and then a Narrative Poll for the upcoming game “Blair and the Heavy Metal Dragon” (working name). It's only after those two polls have taken place that the changes to our voting system will come into full effect. 

On a smaller note, our goals listed up there on the top-left were really poorly chosen. Thus, we are upping the interactivity on them and giving you guys more reasons to help us grow larger.
