Episodes 26, 27 and 28 of Rance IX are up!
Added 2023-03-07 20:40:56 +0000 UTCDidn't record as much as yesterday but the story is still picking up super fast, there was a random filler fight though on chapter 14 lol but I think we might be nearing the climax of the game we're so close to Lang Bau I'm guessing the ending might be either chapter 15 or chapter 16. As usual H scenes will be uploaded later on once I'm done with the youtube edits. Enjoy!

Yeah I have been converted lol Maria and Tourin are definitely top tier now for boss battles I'm probably tackling gunagan on NG+ for now I just don't have any idea how to tackle the guy because of his gimmick and even stunning him doesnt do anything

2023-03-08 16:09:53 +0000 UTCYeah, it was pretty funny. I think I was listening to episode 27 and you were trash talking Tourin's lvl 2 upgrade, which gives +1% activation chance to Covering Fire. I started laughing, since all I could think was, "He doesn't know! Oh, no, he doesn't know!" Yeah, Tourin is a great unit. He doesn't do a ton of damage, but the sheer difference he makes just by *being* there cannot be underestimated.

2023-03-08 14:48:43 +0000 UTCI see lol this Rance translation is actually a lot more eloquent than previous ones so there's a lot of english slangs and stuff that I don't understand, its pretty nice though to learn. I just finished recording episodes 29 and 30 and actually beat the Hanny King, no spoilers but covering fire is OP lol. Gunagan is insane man I still have no idea how I'm gonna tackle that fight.

The Hanny King is weaker than Gunagan. I finally managed to beat the Hanny King on a second try (got a Fairy Lantern from the win, very nice), but when I challenged Gunagan, I barely got him lower than half before he killed me. More grinding...
