I think using a google form for this, therefore you can show thumbnails would help when asking Johnny. Considering how much both need to interplay with one another

2023-02-15 18:40:05 +0000 UTCI like the top down approach. It’s not a “wise” business investment but that’s why the finger should be pointed at gov

2023-02-13 07:15:29 +0000 UTCI don't understand the "scam" aspect, but the operations are typical not obvious. They do, however, take a bigger cut than the mob did years ago! ($500 payout for 1000:1 odds as opposed to $600.)

2023-02-10 21:19:41 +0000 UTCI'd imagine governments ... plural. Also, I hope you have a means to inject the classic phrases that lotteries are a tax on poor people and/or people that don't understand math. For years, I've told people they'd have better odds hanging around Wall Street asking for a million dollars than playing the lottery. It's probably true!!!

2023-02-10 21:17:14 +0000 UTCAgreed, I'm so sick of the mindset that everything is a conspiracy theory, everything is a scam, everything you love secretly has a dark side. I'm looking forward to this video and I trust Johnny will use enough nuance to make it good, but I'd prefer to stay away from those types of titles.

2023-02-10 19:01:02 +0000 UTCIf I see one more ‘scam’ post, I’ll scream. Yes, the world is a mess, everything is a scam, the government is corrupt, corporations are thieves, there is no escape, we’re doomed. That’s pretty much the ongoing message we hear everyday! Oh wait, I forgot the Deep State! The Dark Reality and how nothing is as it seems. Johnny, bring us out of this, not further into it. I’m tired and need a lift. We need more inspiration, a positive direction. Ways to reshape this world. “What is the power of the people? And how can we exercise it?” That’s a few videos right there. :-D

2023-02-10 18:44:49 +0000 UTCOh man, this is gonna be a gooood one! My grandma is obsessed, she's always been awful with money and very financially responsible and sees the lottery as an investment. She's probably poured thousands of dollars (if not more) into lottery tickets and scratch-offs -- money that she definitely needed to save at the time!

2023-02-10 18:38:30 +0000 UTCMaking it about the government gives some conspiracy vibes. It seems to me that any title, with government, military, etc just sounds better and makes me want to click it 😀

2023-02-10 17:43:49 +0000 UTCI think the value of a $1. lottery ticket is all the "what would I do with this money" escapist fantasies the ticket buyer has before the drawing. That is the value proposition. That the money does into a government hole and doesn't fund education, as advertised, is the scam most people don't think or care about. They want the dream. So the title is more of a "How the Government Scams Your Dreams with the Lottery"

2023-02-10 17:02:31 +0000 UTCI bought a few lottery tickets when I was old enough to do so. Then I learned about how it was labelled the "idiot tax" and "poor people tax". I can't wait to hear what you have to say about this topic Johnny.

2023-02-10 16:48:52 +0000 UTCA more click-baity title could be, "The Lottery: The best tax replacement" or some such.

2023-02-10 16:28:21 +0000 UTCI've always seen the lottery as my $1-5 contribution to the wealth of another, hoping that one day that pot luck goes to me. I only played the past three times it has gone to almost a billion however.

2023-02-10 16:20:00 +0000 UTCVery good topic. I feel so sad when I go to the store and people who can't even afoard food are buying these things

2023-02-10 16:12:49 +0000 UTCI have always saw the lottery as the voluntary tax.
