Medical exam gone wrong

You were waiting for what seemed to be close to an hour for your wife to finish her appointment with the doctor, so it came as a relief when you were called into the room by your families doctor.

Upon entering the examination room / office, you looked around for your wife, but she was nowhere to be found, just as you were about to ask your doctor where she'd disappeared to, all of a sudden you felt the sting of what you can only remember as a needle, followed by the words:

"Don't worry, you'll see her soon enough"

Turning to face your doctor and give her a piece of your mind for pricking you with a needle without your consent, your vision became blurry, as you felt a sensation which you could only describe in the moment as "the world escaping you".

The drug she injected you didn't take long at all to act, as you began to shrink.
Once you were no longer nauseous from the experience, the doctor now looming above you bent over and began unbuckling her heel, revealing the arch of her foot.

You were at a loss for words as everything happening before your very eyes seamed surreal to you, however she made you come back to reality real fast when she then told you to climb onto her heel's insole ... telling you she'd take you to your wife.

Hearing that, you didn't question a word she said as she put her heel back on, pressing you firmly between the insole and the sole of her foot.
She took a few steps over to the examination table then simply lifted her foot to the level of the stepping stool.

There she was, your wife, screaming for you to run away, to escape ...
But you didn't understand why, not that there was anything you could do by this point, as the foot you were being pressed against came thundering down right onto your wife ... pulverizing her into a bloody pulp in an instant.

All you could hear after the ringing in your ears dissipated, and you came back to consciousness was the doctor laughing at the sight.
As you lay there, stuck ... serving as her new insole ... with no explanation as to why.
