Busy morning break

Hired to assist the maid in her cleaning duties, you didn't expect much danger, as the maid you were hired to assist was a very kind soul, who's own brother had been shrunk a few months back, and having lost him, vowed to care for any unfortunate "tinies" as she playfully called them.

Her boss on the other hand, and the very person who hired you, was not too keen on having "tinies" roaming around the house, but having been sold on the idea by her maid, she accepted.
There would be no financial aspect to "hiring" you after-all, and you would only be executing small jobs that would require the maid to move the furniture to reach.

That morning however, you'd been summoned to the deck, where your boss was having a phone meeting whilst having a quick meal, to conduct your first review ...

Taking the initiative you decided to clean out the ashtray whilst she was on the phone.

The discussion was very heated however, and she seemed distracted, hardly even touching her food, as though she'd forgotten you were even there waiting for her to finish the call ...

As you hopped back into the ashtray to clean out the last cigarette butt, you heard your boss raise her voice

"Fine then, you incompetent mutt, don't do a thing I'm on my way ..."

However, she didn't see you there as she obscured the sky above you with a cigarette in hand, ready to extinguish it in the ashtray.
Landing square on your head after you tripped trying to escape, you only felt the intense burn for a second, before the pressure of her extinguishing it and twisting it put you out of your misery.
