Rise of Skywalker review
Added 2021-01-25 23:50:25 +0000 UTCSo here it is, the most massive and by far hardest to make video I've done yet. Was it worth it to mostly just dunk on this movie? You decide. All I know is that I got another excuse to do an Adam Driver impression.
Also- I'm using a new custom software method of entering your names in the credits (made by Rosalie, the author of the MMHD auto-installer). Believe it or not, Patreon doesn't really give you an easy way to copy a list to clipboard.
Up until now I've been manually copying and pasting them one at a time, which was a nice reminder to appreciate all the support I'm getting but also very time consuming. This new method takes about 5 seconds. That said, it's possible something could go wrong, so be sure to let me know if your name doesn't display correctly.
Thanks again for your support, and I hope you're liking the increased use of footage that's been happening since I got camera equipment last fall. I'll try to get the exclusive video up before the end of the month, and then I probably will maybe never talk about Star Wars again, unless you want that or something.

Even with the Star Wars trilogy, each installment created completely new characters, lore, locations, etc., all with a strong character dynamic that actually made you care about their conflict. Nowadays they just try recycling the same stuff over and over again, thinking more about the physical stuff in the movie than the spirit of the characters and writing, which is what actually made the original films good. It's all so tiresome.
