Chronicling my pain with the Secret of Mana remake

This was an oddly difficult video to finish, to the point that I think the Secret of Mana remake is cursed. The first captures I took with AMD ReLive glitched and had no audio, so I had to replay the first 40 minutes of the game over. Then, after getting Flammie, the game kept crashing every time the world map loaded. And not just the game but my entire system, to the point where my Windows installation got broken. The boot files were corrupted beyond repair and none of the startup tools worked, so I couldn't get into my computer for days:

In fairness to the game, it shouldn't have been capable of causing this and it seems like it was a CPU issue. But make no mistake, the game does suck.

I managed to finally fix the recovery tools with a USB utility just enough to enable a Windows reinstall without losing my files, and then after reinstalling all of my programs Hitfilm broke and failed to play any of the audio I had been editing for a month:

There was no information about the error online, but apparently I broke it by having too many files for the program to handle. After cutting out anything that wasn't absolutely necessary, I barely managed to finish the video; importing one or two more files would have broken the audio again.

So hopefully the video is worth all the trouble. I also bought a new CPU and motherboard during this ordeal, which is the exact kind of thing your support is necessary for, so thanks again to everyone who has supported.
