Hi everyone! When I hold my breath for 2 or 2.5 minutes, my SpO2 drops down to 57. I don’t have any symptoms though! Is it the same for you? I measured it with a pulse oximeter. Love to all Annika

Try taking mini breath holds throughout the day. Without doing any specific breathing before. Just exhale normally, hold and take a few steps getting used to that feeling of air hunger. Adding more and more steps each time. This is training your CO2 tolerance and has many benefits. Hope this helps !

Sandy, This one is extra special. I’ve practiced it twice now and both times have been really deep. I’m sure this has been asked before, but I’m curious if there’s anything I can be working on to build towards longer exhale retention (aside from these sessions). I’ve been practicing for a few months and still find exhale retention really challenging. Thanks for all you do 💛

Every new video is my favorite, you are aligned with benevolence. Have you come across Dan Winter? He is a very far out scientist who has studied the soul, enlightenment, bliss, and how breathing effects the DNA. He explains a breathing technique in this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JrUqEbrxdxw), which also has an informative description including references. There's some energetic visualization that is very helpful, which you already do in your narration so this seems to be on your path! You both are doing amazing work that is life changing ❤️‍🔥 Thank you so much for what you do.
